Eligibility Criteria
Relevant experience of 10 years after Ph.D. or total 13 years of experience [not counting Ph.D. enrolment period] of which at least 7 years should be after Ph.D. with at least three years as Associate Professor.
2. Name of the post: Associate Professor
No of posts: 102 posts
Pay Scale: PB 4 of Rs. 37400 - 67000 with AGP of Rs. 9500
Eligibility Criteria
Relevant experience of 6 years after Ph.D. or total experience of 9 years (not counting Ph.D. enrolment period) of which at least 3 years should be after Ph.D. with 3 years at the level of Assistant Professor with AGP of Rs. 8000 or equivalent.
3. Name of the post: Assistant Professor
No of posts: 120 posts
Pay Scale: PB 3 of Rs. 15600 - 39100 with AGP of Rs. 8000
On contract basis: PB 3 of Rs. 15600 - 39100 with AGP of Rs. 7000 OR PB 3 of Rs. 15600 - 39100 with AGP of Rs. 6000
Eligibility Criteria
For Rs. 8000 as AGP: Relevant experience of 3 years after Ph.D. or of 6 years total (not counting Ph.D. enrolment period) after obtaining M.Tech. degree with 2 papers in SCI journals outside Ph.D. work.
For Rs. 6000 as AGP (On contract): One publication in an SCI Journal
For Rs. 7000 as AGP (On contract): Relevant experience of 1 year with One paper accepted for publication in SCI Journal
NOTE: Ph.D. degree is a must for all the applicants.
